ABOUT
Crossover Elite is a people-first program. Yes, we develop elite basketball players — but more importantly, we develop leaders. Our athletes are pushed to grow as people first, understanding that the values they learn on the court translate far beyond it.
We believe in empowering athletes to eventually lead and coach the teams coming through beneath them. Leadership isn't an afterthought here — it's woven into everything we do. Our older athletes are given real responsibility, helping coach younger teams, running drills, and learning what it means to set the standard for others.
Every athlete who wears the Crossover Elite jersey will be pushed — not just to be a better basketball player, but to be a better person. We demand effort, reward integrity, and celebrate growth in character just as much as in skill.
We compete in AAU tournaments across Queensland and beyond, but the wins that matter most to us are the ones you can't put on a scoreboard.

Expression of Interest
Submit your EOI below to enter the selection pool. Tell us about your athlete and their basketball journey.
Trials & Selection
Invitation-only trial sessions. Athletes are assessed on skill, attitude, and coachability across U12–U18 & Girls divisions.
Team Placement
Selected athletes are assigned to a team and academy training begins. Professional coaching in a competitive environment.
Tournament Play
Compete in AAU tournaments across QLD and beyond. Represent Crossover Elite on the big stage.
