Started This.
This partnership was born from a genuine gap in the game — the distance between professional basketball experience and what actually reaches the community. Too many athletes were developing without structure. Too many coaches were stepping onto the floor without the tools, frameworks, or confidence to guide them properly.
FCF partnered with Cavs Basketball to close that gap. Not just by running sessions, but by embedding into the club — helping coaches understand how to build training plans, how to give athletes meaningful direction, and how to create an environment where development happens every single week.
Season 1 proved the model worked. Athletes showed up hungry, coaches grew in confidence, and the culture inside the club started to shift. Now in Season 2, we're going deeper — more structure, more support, and a long-term vision for what Cavs can become.
